A Soyuz-2.1a rocket launched the Progress MS-31 spacecraft to resupply the International Space Station (ISS Progress 92 mission) from the Baikonur Cosmodrome, Kazakhstan, on 3 July, at 1932 UTC. Progress MS-31 is scheduled for a two-day journey to the station, with docking on 5 July, at 2127 UTC, to deliver approximately three tons of food, fuel, and supplies to the Expedition 73 crew aboard the ISS
