Farm on Central is an 8-acre organic farm in Carlisle, Ohio. We take an inside look at their farming practices and direct-to-consumer model. The farm’s owner, Michael, guides us through fields growing lettuce, strawberries, and blackberries, and discusses innovative techniques like steam weeding and Japanese irrigation systems.
