Excuses delay Your actions

Hello Brothers and Sisters…How often do you speak excuses? How often do you use an excuse to avoid something? And finally, how often do you use an excuse to delay what you're going to do? We all struggle from this constant loop of: “I don't want to do this because this” or “I'll do it later” and “I'm not worthy”.
