The Last Days Economic War on the Saints of Jesus (Not Paul/Acts)

Join Doug today at 4:15pm (Wed, July 2, 2025) as he discusses the economic warfare conducted not only on the whole world, but even more intensely on those who are honest and fair in their dealings and want to honor the law, and even more so on those who love Jesus and try to keep the Father’s law. The Books of Daniel and Revelation make clear that the last days antichrist system will make war on the Saints, and for a time (3.5 years) will overcome the Saints. Revelation also says that some of us will be protected of the Father in the “wilderness” for that 3.5 year period while we sit out of the economy altogether, this is because during this period no person will be able to buy or sell with out the mark of the beast on his right hand or his forehead.

This war has already started, and in many ways, the methods of its tactics are typical of that of warfare between nations. One of the enemy’s main focuses (aside from divide and conquer) is to wage economic war on the Saints of God, and in so doing cause us to be more concerned with survival than with spiritual warfare and ministry so as to marginalize us and our voices from being able to persuade others to join the Father’s kingdom. It only stands to reason an opposing force would do this. I don't know about you, but anecdotally speaking I've watched a lot of honest people face severe economic road blocks and challenges as well as constantly running into situations where near sociopaths are trying to get over on them at practically scam-levels. Those who are in business and want to survive are jacking up their prices so much because they can get it, but also because the powers that be are centrally controlling inflation through their nationwide corporations and monopolies on food and fuel prices. The war has been waged, and the honest little guy is the chief victim.

Why is this war being allowed by the Father? So that we will “learn righteousness” and also return to full and complete trust and dependance on the Father. We as a people have strayed so far from this place and have made our own ecumenic idols that put a wedge between us and Him. So as it was in the wilderness for Israel it will be for us: they needed the Father to provide manna for food and to bring water from a rock in the desert just to survive. The Father provided each and every day, and we are going to need to have such faith as this to survive the 3.5 year period where we can't buy or sell that is to come. We need to allow this economic warfare to drive us into prayer during these initial days so that we may be made read to preach the true last days gospel. As we go deeper into prayer we will clearly see why there have been so many roadblocks, because the Father is “funneling” each one of us certain directions. The hindrances are being used to redirect us to where He wants us to be and to what He wants us to do. He wants to lead us step by step, and we need to be accustomed to this type of leading now so that when the time comes when we can't even function in the economy at all that we will ready to be led at a moment by moment basis. We must learn to put our complete trust in the Father and His Son Jesus Christ. We must learn this now.
