The Most Controversial Footprints in the World

In White Sands National Park, scientists have discovered footprints that date to over 21,000 years old...

Not just one or two, but thousands of prints, scattered across the ancient mudflats.

If true, this would mean humans were living in North America right in the middle of the last Ice Age—a time when glaciers still covered vast parts of the continent, when the traditional migration paths were thought to be impassable. Long before humans were supposed to be here.
