In a powerful alliance with the Amen Clinics, founder Dave Weigel and over 2,200 family court survivors are becoming educated about how brain scans can expose trauma the courts ignored. Amen’s SPECT imaging doesn’t just diagnose—it visualizes PTSD, anxiety, and abuse-related brain damage. “This isn’t emotional fluff,” said Weigel. “This is hard data the courts can’t deny.” Legal and Forensics Manager Marla Owens put it bluntly: “We can prove the trauma.” Together, they’re building a revolution: a movement where brain science is justice’s new weapon.
