Why Does Not America ?

Because it's been looted by selfish greedy power hungery cretins who have turned our entire culture into a dumbed down jerry springer self centered delusional and mis guided populace. 99 percent of Americans do nothing but chase that next fix. whatever their personal fix is, food, drugs, sex, money, power, influence, attention, adoration, you name it. They all be doing it and not giving a fuck about the next guy unless that guy has something they want. That is modern day America in a nutshell. They throw their trash on the ground, they walk by people in need, they eat trash fast food because they are too lazy to fix their own meals. Living in America is like waking up to a 5 ring circus every fucking day.
