These are the questions Goodman and Cullen have been asking from the beginning. They're gonna be pissed! But that's ok. It's always like that with researchers.
I hope this guy comes through with the data as promised.
If he has data on Cullen's ballistics or similar, and the FBI has his ballistics, then they gaslighted Cullen the whole time. There are things he's wrong about but mostly he asks questions and the feds won't answer or acknowledge.
I don't think this hydraulic fluid is any evidence of anything, so it's surprising he chooses it to highlight. If a bullet hit that pipe/hose dead on it would spray straight back toward the shooter, but if it landed toward the side, the fluid could shoot that way, of if the bullet glanced off something and started to tumble, so this cannot prove shot origin.
