Recreating Devour's Tortellini Alfredo w/ Italian Sausage

In this video I show you my method on how I analyze premade meals so that I can recreate them myself to fit my nutritional needs and/or to simply make them better. With today's method, I go the lazy-man route and utilize premade ingredients that I specifically chose for not having soy or canola/vegetable oil, all while bumping up the protein content. This also falls in line with the KISS method for Keep-It-Simple-Stupid.

Unfortunately I overcooked mine by about 30 seconds because I'm used to using an older microwave at work, so I cooked off a bit of the sauce. Still, it was far superior than Devour's! If you have a newer/more powerful microwave, reheat it first at 3min or 3m30s, mix, then again at 2min, and mix it one last time.

This isn't a video just on how to make this specific dish, but a video on a method that you too can utilize to recreate your own favorite premade meals. What's your favorite TV Dinner that you think you will try this on?
