Yes, You are distracted

What do you have your heart set on? What are you focusing on more? Sometimes we focus on the temporary things and we don't see the eternal things. Nothing you have here will ever last except eternal life with God. Jesus isn't saying we can't have things on earth but he is telling us not to cling to them because they won't last. If you know you are getting distracted too easily you can do this: Try to control and minimize the amount of distraction that you put yourself up to. And if this doesn't work, remove whatever it is that is distracting you.

Give thanks to the Lord, not me for I just want to spread his word.
