Bill Kristol's Call To Defund Proves DHS And ICE Are Doing A Great Job Implementing Trump's Agenda

This has of course triggered the TDS crowd, which isn't difficult to do. Bill Kristol is conserving conservatism yet again by going so far as to call for the Department of Homeland Security and ICE to be defunded so immigration laws can't be enforced. This is super conservative: —— Bill Kristol: Defund ICE and DHS. “I've sort've come around to defunding ICE about a month or two ago, and now I just want to defund DHS." —— Bill Kristol wants to defund ICE & DHS but thinks that Pam Bondi is in charge of it, and then says that the only thing that should be kept is the TSA.

Well, you know what that means… It’s official, ICE & DHS are doing a great job!!! Right? Kristol hates Trump so much that he'd rather have these kinds of people running loose on America's streets (but not inside his neighborhood that I'm guessing is gated). This is from Fox News' Bill Melugin a few weeks ago: “We joined one of more than a dozen ICE teams deployed in the Greater Boston area yesterday, where we witnessed the arrests of a previously deported child rapist living next to a playground, a Salvadoran alien on El Salvador’s most wanted list w/ an Interpol Red Notice warrant for aggravated homicide, aggravated kidnapping, and robbery, a fentanyl trafficker, a second alien charged w/ aggravated child rape, another alien charged w/ rape, and another alleged child sex predator. All in a matter of hours, all of whom had been roaming freely on Massachusetts streets prior to ICE arrest, and several of whom had been released from local custody with no notice to ICE. ICE has surged resources to Boston & Massachusetts, as promised by Tom Homan, in response to sanctuary policies.”

“ICE Boston tells us local anti-ICE activists have been interfering with their operations daily. Yesterday alone, in East Boston, ICE said one of their teams arrested a criminal alien and put him in cuffs, when a group of activists grabbed him and tried to pull him into their car. Separately, in another incident yesterday, ICE was surveilling an alien murderer’s home when a crowd surrounded them and blew their cover, forcing them to pull off of the target. I asked ICE Boston Chief Patricia Hyde what her message is to politicians who keep fighting ICE? “We’re not going away, it might take us longer, it might be harder, but we’re not going away, we’re here, we know what the American people voted for, we understand that we work for the American people, and we’re going to be here until we send everyone home,” Hyde said.” —— And yet Kristol would like them to stay and Trump and ICE to go. These people used to be the gatekeepers of the conservative movement and they will never, ever regain power. They know it, and that's why they're cashing in by betraying everything they ever claimed to support. That's exactly what's been going on.

How in the world do you go from a renowned conservative voice to this crap in 9 years? Trump, money and more money. Any way the wind blows.
