Taiwan in Danger: Xi's China Unveils "Blackout Bomb", Can Knock Out Power Grids | Spotlight | N18G  

China's state broadcaster on Tuesday posted an animated video of what appeared to be a graphite bomb. The video said the weapon can knock out enemy power stations, causing a complete blackout. A social media channel operated by CCTV posted a video showing the weapon being launched from a land-based vehicle and ejecting 90 cylinder-shaped submunitions. The cannisters, upon launch, started releasing graphite particles into the air, disrupting any electricity source in the targeted area. Soon after, comments started appearing beneath the video linking the possible usage of the bomb in Taiwan.
