Update CRN 6029679/21: Complaints Regarding Police Conduct are Ignored by IOPC and Metropolitan Police Federation

Previously we published several articles regarding the criminal complaint lodged by Mark Sexton and PJH Law with London’s Metropolitan Police (“the Met”), crime reference number (“CRN”) 6029679/21.
The criminal complaint, CRN 6029679/21, is claiming Government ministers, medical regulators, scientists and the media were grossly negligent over the Covid measures, including the safety of the new mRNA injections, the validity of drug trials and the effects of lockdown. The complaint includes more than 400 witness statements from world-renowned scientists, doctors and Covid injection victims.
Below we update our readers on what has happened since the last article we published up to an interview with Philip Hyland of PJH Law on 12 June 2022.

‘The Metropolitan Police Finally Admit They Know What’s Going On’ and ‘It’s All Being Suppressed.’

Have The Metropolitan Police finally admitted they know what’s going on out there? asks former police officer Mark Sexton who later tweeted on the X platform “The Metropolitan Police the biggest police force in the U.K., admit they know there are issues out there re the vaccines and it’s all being suppressed.”
Mark Sexton came to this conclusion following his recent call to the Metropolitan police crime desk/victim focus team where he asked for an update on crime number 01/62447/24. This was the crime number he was issued following his criminal complaint at Acton police station, London on Friday 8th of March 2024 for allegations against Sir Graham Brady MP, Dame June Raine, The MHRA, Pfizer and the U.K Government, for misconduct in public office, misfeasance in public office, gross negligent manslaughter, corporate manslaughter and fraud by false representation.
Dr Mike Yeadon had contributed to the complaint and had written a supporting letter at at this time (Our report here.).
Later in the month of March, Mark emailed the MI5 office regarding “serious concerns and that we were being subjected to terrorism.” and the very next day received a call back from an officer who was reminded of the Terrorism Act and why Mark had concluded that this was what had occured in the UK. He said at this time:
‘All evidence clearly points to a preplanned, well funded attack, not just in the UK but around the world against the people. This is with the knowledge, and forethought of governments, civil servants, regulators and the media and we can prove that.” Mark asked: “How does the anti terrorism organisation and MI5 plan to deal with this information because it is a clear act of terrorism?
“These criminals need to be arrested..…’
“It’s clear they know and allow it to continue.” Mark has said and continues:
“MI5 and The Anti Terrorism Unit know also and they are ignoring all correspondence and refuse to engage any further.
A complaint was made to The Met, acknowledged and yet again I’m being ignored despite their promises to contact me within 48 hours.
The Metropolitan Police are clearly complicit in these heinous crimes, they’ve been given every opportunity to act and protect the public from harm, injury and death.
How on earth can the British police knowingly turn a blind eye and watch its people die and suffer?
It is absolutely right and in the public interest for me to share this. To the Constable on the call, I’m sorry, I know I gave my word not to release this and I’ve broken my promise but I was left with no choice. Many lives have already been lost and more are at risk, there has to be accountability and remedy for the millions of victims.
To the British public, let it be known that all Chief Officers and Constables of all rank know what’s going on, they follow unlawful orders by being told to do nothing and refuse to help and support us, the public, the very people who pay them.
In the absence of a functioning, caring, legitimate or lawful policing system we have every right, in law, to protect ourselves, our families and our property.”

Lead agency for Operation Talla.
Coordinated national guidance for police forces in England and Wales.
Developed operational protocols for enforcement of COVID-19 regulations.
🔹 2. College of Policing
Developed and disseminated training and operational advice for police
officers.
Worked closely with the NPCC to update the “Four Es” approach (Engage,
Explain, Encourage, Enforce).
🔹 3. UK Home Office
Oversaw and funded aspects of the police response.
Provided legislative updates and guidance through the Policing Minister.
🔹 4. Local Police Forces
All 43 territorial police forces in England and Wales participated.

Here are the key regulators that were involved or affected:

Not directly operational within Operation Talla, but:

to ensure data on policing enforcement (e.g., fines issued, demographics
impacted) was accurate and publicly available — this had implications for
accountability and legal scrutiny.
🔹 8. Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
Involved where data sharing occurred between police, health bodies, and
local authorities — especially concerning contact tracing, health status, and
public compliance with restrictions.
Summary:
While Operation Talla was primarily a policing operation, regulators such
as the GMC, IOPC, HSE, and ICO had overlapping responsibilities —
particularly where rights, safety, or professional accountability intersected
with police and pandemic powers.
So why is the 25th of January 2022 so important.
Because it proves a massive national cover up, coordinated efforts across the board NOT to investigate these very serious crimes.
I explain why.
Very interesting, dated the 25th of Jan 22, yet we were not told until the 21st of February 22 no crimes are identified by the Metropolitan police. So they made their decision way before they’d viewed or scrutinised all of the evidence and evidence was pouring in by the day from all over the world. This is criminal in itself. They even made promises to Lawyers Philip Hyland, Lois Bayliss and myself in person at Hammersmith police station

16.30 hours. 12/02/2022.
Agreed he would get the detectives dealing to give us an update, that the evidence is still being assessed and there is already over 75 pages of notes alone just on the crime report. He also agreed to get a meeting set up and arranged for the brilliant Mark Oakford to attend Hammersmith CID and provide his evidence to show and prove the mass murder of the elderly using Midazolam and Morphine.
Mark Oakford’s evidence was brilliantly and painstakingly put together and it was harrowing and undeniable the elderly were murdered.
The evidence submitted by us all was vast, damning, shocking, irrefutable and it named names and identified 21 very serious criminal offences.
On the 5th of January 2022 detectives Au and Nadvornik at Hammersmith CID told me to my face when I submitted another 1100 pages of evidence,
“this is the biggest criminal investigation in history, it’s so big it’s too big for The Metropolitan Police and we will need help from outside agencies.”
Yet by the 25th of January less than three weeks later they couldn’t find any crimes and notified every police force according.
WOW…I MEAN WOW.
So the Metropolitan Police based their decision of no crimes and no investigation on government policy, not based on the law, not based on the crime recording rules and guidelines and not based on their own criminal investigation policy and procedures.
There was a blanket order across all government sectors not to accept evidence or investigate Covid 19, the vaccines, government or regulators.
The Metropolitan Police, with knowledge, allowed the mass murder of the elderly in care homes, the deaths and serious injuries of hundreds of thousands if not millions of U.K men, women and children from the Covid injections, arrested those who openly opposed it and then went about spying on anyone who raised the alarm.
Let that sink in just for a minute. The police facilitated, were complicit in and fully supported the mass murder of its own people.
That’s not a wild conspiracy either, that’s what has actually happened and what Katherine and Ethical Approach have uncovered and my own dealings proves it.
Thank you because it now confirms what I already knew but couldn’t disclose from officers within the Metropolitan Police who showed me this information and internal emails at the time.
Also, video 2, an Inspector at Hammersmith Police station 27th of January 22 confirming the crime number is live, evidence is still being submitted and investigated.
Video 3, 3rd of February 22 two former soldiers Marco and Ricky speak to a Sergeant at New Scotland Yard and he confirms the crime is live.

So, multiple officers, detectives and civilians in The Metropolitan police plus all other forces have committed offences of
1, Perverting the course of justice
2, Misconduct in public office
3, Misfeasance in public office
4, Assisting offenders.
5, complicit and facilitated the murder of thousands of men, women and children.
6, complicit and facilitated all of the above.
7, terrorism offences against the U.K population.
8, torture.
9, false imprisonment.
10, assault ABH, GBH.
11, crimes against humanity.
12, multiple breaches of the human rights act.
13, dereliction of their public duty. (Not a criminal offence).
14, breaching all of the Nolan principles of public office. (Not a criminal offence.)

The police did not speak to or make contact with approximately 400, victims witnesses, whistleblowers including 3 GP’s, care home workers and paramedics who provided witness statements. It was a massive cover up that goes all the way to the top.
