Aisin AR5 5spd RWD manual transmission - bad noise from loose flywheel bolts - 2012 Chevy Colorado

This video shows that the noise that I was investigating is still present even after the clutch disc and pressure plate were removed.
The root cause was was actually loose flywheel bolts as a result of the poor clutch / flywheel installation by a shop previous to my ownership of the truck.
There is a next video that shows the flywheel bolts so loose they can be turned by hand.
