Fighting an Endless Wave of Invaders in ARMA 3 Antistasi Ultimate

I need to take some time to fight the war of preparation. If I can't hold onto what I have, Conquest of new towns and resources will grind to a halt. With few exceptions, the defense of military outposts facing CSAT have failed. One battle to hold an area turns into four battles to take it back. This cycle must stop, and that means I need to transform my Eastern flank into an impenetrable line.
