RECIPE OF CARAMEL TOFFEE CAKE:

Milk powder: 1.5 cups
Eggs : 3
Powdered sugar: 1 cupOil: 1/2 cup
Water : 1 cup
All purpose flour: 1 cup
Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
Vanilla essence: 1 tablespoon
Walnuts for garnish

RECIPE OF CARAMEL SAUCE:

Sugar : 3/4 cup
Fresh cream : 3/4 cup
Butter : 1 tablespoon
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Vanilla essence: 1 teaspoon
INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Toast the milk powder on low flame until golden in color.
2. Beat the eggs , sugar and oil until well combined.
3. Add water and dry milk powder and mix well.
4. Add all purpose flour, baking powder and vanilla essence and mix untill well combined.
5. Transfer the batter to a baking pan and bake it for 30 minutes.
6. Prepare the caramel sauce and pour the warm caramel sauce over the freshly baked cake. 7. Garnish it with your favourite nuts and serve chilled.
