Lasagna Rolls

Fresh herbs are amazing! So first thing I do, as shown in the video, is go to the garden to gather them up. The herbs used are listed in the video. Lasagna, no matter how you build it (stacked, rolled), is a process. So definitely set some time aside for this one.
I went with rolled tonight and changed up the traditional cheese mixture to suit what I had on hand. Next place your lasagna noodles in water to soak while you prepare all the other ingredients. You want them soft and pliable.
Next I stemmed the herbs and placed them with some garlic clove in my food processor. Set those aside to add to your cheese mixture.
For the cheese I used 1 lb dubliner cheddar (shredded), 1/2 lb xtra sharp tillamook (shredded), 2 8 oz blocks of cream cheese, your fresh herbs and garlic and 1 egg.
I gathered some spinach from the garden this morning (shown in another video) and pulled that out to go in the rolls as well.
Next fry your ground beef and get your sauce out ready to pour on top. Now you're set to roll your lasagna! In the video I show you how get those done. The rolls make serving it up easy and throws a new twist to a lasagna dinner!
Lastly, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy the cheesy delisciousness!
