Well this is as far along as it’s going to get, the Dive-a-long from Tony and Mary diving with Seafari Turkoise! Was so awesome to see our friends and make some new ones! The video is edited to music, it's the like documentary version 12 minutes, tried to get everyone in so don’t blink, 🤣 features each dive and some vibe! Shorter highlights video coming later.

Notes on Gopro

Conclusions from GoPro 12 footage- use 5.2k 16:9 over 8x7 for stabilization, do NOT use auto modes, use flat native and avoid log unless very bright…way too noisy. Will likely roll back to old formula from Backscatter Flip12 Dive, just cuts too much light.

Gopro seems to default to the highest ISO you have set when it's dark...thus, very noisy and quite surprised at how lousy the 10bit, high bit rate turned out on underwater and that the auto modes are basically, auto destruct.
