This is a general idea of what I discussed during my one hour and seven minute workout. I’ve been physically active since I was three, but a 2016 accident left me with titanium implants in my spine and a partial right knee replacement. These injuries prevent me from doing high impact activities like basketball, or squatting and sprinting.
Now I focus on low impact exercises, mainly kickboxing, stretching and light workouts at my community clubhouse, prioritizing longevity and health. My stretching routine takes about 20 minutes and feels like a workout itself.

I maintain a healthy diet tailored to my needs, emphasizing fresh fruits, lean proteins (like steak and chicken eggs and yogurt), and vegetables (such as boiled mini carrots and peas). I avoid processed foods, preparing whole fruits myself to ensure quality and save money.

My commitment to exercise, disciplined eating, and positive mindset keeps me looking and feeling youthful, despite being nearly 60. I’ve received compliments from younger people, like a man at Publix and a checkout worker, who mistook me for being much younger.

Last week, I noticed Education Secretary, Linda McMahon on Truth Social had low engagement and no verification checkmark, despite following accounts like the White House and Donald Trump. With my 37K followers on TS, I shared her posts, boosting her visibility. I contacted my friend Devin to expedite her verification, and within six hours, she received a checkmark. Her followers grew from nearly none to 105K in five days, and I’m thrilled to have helped increase her online presence.

I’m an avid reader, finishing four and a half books last week, mostly non fiction. I loved General Flynn’s memoir, “Pardon of Innocence”, which connected with me due to prior interactions with him at events like his movie premiere and Great Awakening shows. And wrote the first review for Flynn’s book, which gained significant attention and helped promote it.

My son, Brandon, lives with me and was home from work during this time. I also care for my dog, treating his recent bacterial / fungal ear infection, reflecting my dedication to family and pet health.

I manage post traumatic stress through meditation, prayer, self hypnosis, and recording personal videos to process emotions.

At my community gym, my physique draws attention, with younger people complimenting my health and mistaking me for younger than 58. An incident at the clubhouse, where I removed my shirt post workout, caused a quiet reaction, which I took as respect for my vitality. These experiences, like compliments at Publix and Walmart, reinforce how my disciplined lifestyle enhances my social interactions and self image.

I’ve built a life of resilience, adapting to physical limitations from my 2016 injuries while staying committed to health, fitness, and mental well being. My social media efforts show I can influence online communities, and my literary and social engagements reflect meaningful connections with public figures like General Flynn. I’m focused on personal growth, supporting my son and dog, and contributing positively to society, driven by a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and helping others.
