🚫 DISCLAIMER: I Take No Responsibility For Alleged Chat Abuse 🚫

Let’s get one thing clear, right here and now: I, Matt Taylor, take no responsibility whatsoever for any alleged “abuse” that may or may not be happening in my YouTube chat.
If you choose to sit in my chat, that’s your choice. If you choose to engage, that’s your choice. And if you find yourself tangled up in drama or “abuse” — real or imagined — that’s still your choice.
🗨️ Sinbad’s Complaint: A Case Study in Missing the Point
Take this recent comment from Sinbad:
“He only sees one side of the things that goes off in his chat anyway and that side is all about his vile friends… the owner of the channel has to take responsibility for letting the abuse that goes on between his friends and the rest of the chat…”
Sinbad, thank you for sharing your perspective — but here’s the reality: I’m not your babysitter. I’m not your moral compass. And I’m definitely not your therapist.
I built MattTaylorTV as a space for freedom of expression — raw, edgy, sometimes disturbing, and yes, offensive. I say it often: my unique brand of disturbing comedy will offend you. I push boundaries. I want to shake people up and break them out of their cosy illusions.
One person’s “abuse” is another person’s banter. One person’s “gaslighting” is another person’s joke. I’m not here to moderate every single feeling that passes through every single viewer.
⚠️ Don’t Like It? Leave It.
I regularly post disclaimers: if you can’t handle it — leave. If you feel “abused,” “gaslit,” or “mistreated,” stop watching. Unsubscribe. Walk away. You are not chained to this channel.
You won’t find me playing headmaster to explain adult banter to adults. I trust my audience to manage their own boundaries.
👑 No Regrets. No Apologies. No Responsibility.
My friends, my mods, my audience — they all bring their own personalities. Sometimes that means arguments. Sometimes that means jokes that sting. That’s life.
I won’t be the fun police. I won’t muzzle people. That’s not my brand. If my approach keeps my live chat numbers low, so be it — I’d rather have 10 real ones than 10,000 pearl-clutchers demanding censorship.
So, to anyone echoing Sinbad:
✅ If you feel “abused” — stop engaging.
✅ If you feel “used” — find a channel that suits you.
✅ If you don’t like my vile friends — don’t watch.
It’s that simple.
I take no responsibility for what consenting adults say to each other in my chat. It’s called freedom, and that’s the real reason people keep coming back for more.
If you can’t handle it, there’s always the Off button.
Stay disturbed, stay awake — and remember: YOU SWAY WHAT I SAY.
