Another random helicopter

I seriously wonder what happened here. Since there is a festival (Fiesta) as we call it but why are 4 to 5 helicopters circling the area? My obvious first thought was news choppers covering the Fiesta. But when I zoomed in these were definitely not news helicopters. They are not even military helicopters which was my next thought. Then who and what is going on? Just helicopter rides? Only plausible explanation I can come up with. And yes I live on the coast and almost all helicopters I have seen fly over from time to time is coast guard helicopters. These were not coast guard, I know exactly what they look and sound like and none of these helicopters were that. What do you guys think it was?
