[From Wikipedia:] The Chaldean Oracles are a set of spiritual and philosophical texts widely used by neoplatonist philosophers from the 3rd to the 6th century CE. While the original texts have been lost, they have survived in the form of fragments consisting mainly of quotes and commentary by neoplatonist writers. They were likely to have originally formed a single mystery-poem, which may have been in part compiled, in part received via trance, by Julian the Chaldean, or more likely, his son, Julian the Theurgist in the 2nd century CE. Later neoplatonists, such as Iamblichus and Proclus, rated them highly. The 4th-century Emperor Julian (not to be confused with Julian the Chaldean or Julian the Theurgist) suggests in his Hymn to the Magna Mater that he was an initiate of the God of the Seven Rays, and was an adept of its teachings. And The Chaldean Soothsayers and Mystery Babylon did indeed have a Profound Effect upon the Greeks and Romans.

But WHAT IS Mystery Babylon?

Did Kingship and Civilization really Descend the Heaven's and the Gods?

Whether Anunnaki Gods, Fallen Angels, or Nephilim actually ever existed or not, it is highly likely that there was a transfer of Ancient Knowledge or Traditions that planted the seeds of Civilization. Almost certainly we can assume that this was inherited from a Prediluvian Civilization.

Scribe's, Administrator's, Judges and the Rich Merchant Banker's

But above all, it must be understood, there are 4 Major Cult's and several Minor Cult's that existed throughout the entire Ancient World.

The Land of Origin, the People's and Culture's and the NAMES of the God's may change, but essentially, they are the very same God's, just with their own unique customs and beliefs particular to each culture.

It was ESSENTIAL for the Chaldean Preistcraft to be able to understand and predict Planetary and Astronomical Movements in the Heaven's. Not only for Prognostication, but as PROOF that they held the Secrets of Heaven and Earth. And their Powers of Prediction shocked and amazed the Masses, who thus witnessed their knowledge and power.

And while the Power and Success of the Soothsayer's and Divinator's was set upon how accurate they were, and their very lives may have well depended on that as well; what these GATEKEEPERS Told to the Masses was All Part of the System of Control. Utilizing both Real, Imagined or Faked knowledge and Powers, this was the means by which Mystery Babylon spread throughout the ancient world.
