Observed-to-Expected Fetal Losses Following mRNA COVID-19 Vaccination in Early Pregnancy

Dr. Joshua Guetzkow is a social scientist from Jerusalem University.
In this video, he presented his new pre-print on COVID-19 vaccine safety in pregnancy. Based on the analysis of 226,395 singleton pregnancies in Israel from 2016 to 2022, Dr Guetzkow and his fellow researchers concluded that women vaccinated in early pregnancy (weeks 8-13) had a higher-than-expected number of fetal losses:
Dose 1 = 3.9 more per 100 women
Dose 3 = 1.9 m
