How to factory reset or repair Tecware Pulse Elite wireless connection

If your Tecware Pulse elite is not working as it should or the wireless connection is playing up, then you might need to reset the mouse to the factory defaults and re connect or sync the wireless connection,
this is pretty easy to do and will take a few moments to complete.

First if the mouse has the USB C cable attached, remove it.
Next remove the USB receiver from the computer
now press and hold the left , right and middle mouse buttons (not the DPI button)
Wait until the mouse flashes yellow constantly.
now plug in the USB receiver into the computer and wait until the mouse stops flashing.
Your device is now paired again.
