Protein-Rich Hard Boiled Egg Gravy For Noodles or Rotis | Quick and Easy

Welcome back to my kitchen! Today I’m sharing a dish that’s close to my heart. My grandmother made it all the time and we never got tired of it.
Considering this video is my first cooking video after hitting 650 subs on Youtube! I thought this one would be appropriate. Easy to find ingredients and a gem to try when you're back home tired from work.

Ingredients
Hard boiled eggs - 4
Onions - 2 (medium to large, finely chopped)
Tomatoes - 2 (medium to large, finely chopped)
Garam masala - less than 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon (Please adjust the amount according to preference)
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt to taste
