Testing Ultra Budget Cheap Chinese Portable Solar Panels

I bought as many different models of small portable solar panels from various sellers with various alleged specifications and then tested them all on a very sunny day. I only tested overall wattage and angle sensitivity, not durability, temperature tolerance, etc.

All but one are USB solar panels aka solar with USB buck converters in waterproof attachments, making them suited for charging small electronics like a cell phone. I've found that this is the most efficient way to get the power conditioned and useable, as opposed to wiring it yourself on a "loose" solar panel.
