Action Radio 6/30/25, Supreme Court Blocks Judges, Congress Must Remove Them!

It's pretty amazing how the Supreme Court on Friday took away the district judges powers to issue nationwide injections. I didn't think they'd do it. Must have seen the light of political reality, that the entire country is against them. Who says the judiciary is independent? They are political like everyone else.

Anyway, the point is that the Supreme Court has declared in their opinion that the judges have not exercised "good behavior" as called for in Article III. Therefore the Congress, knowing the Supreme Court has made such a declaration, is already approved by the Supreme Court, not that Congress needs it, but this precludes a future Supreme Court challenge to removing the judges by Congress, because this opinion declares their bad behavior.

I think I'm the only one who sees this...
