FHFA preps to consider Cryptocurrencies, like Bitcoin, as an Asset for Mortgages 🏦🪙🏠

Currently, the FHFA only considers income, not assets, when applying for a Mortgage.
It makes no sense why someone earning $60k to $100k a year is considered more desirable for a Mortgage than someone with a couple Million $ in Bitcoin that could be used as collateral. FHFA needs to get with the times.
