CrossFit's King Kong Workout

Completed the King Kong Workout last week (06/20/25) as a final hoorah before moving to Idaho. I tried this workout about 8-9 years ago and couldn't make it through the second round, so I was excited to make it through this time.

3 Rounds
1 Deadlift at 455lbs
2 Muscle Ups
3 Squat Cleans at 250lbs
4 Handstand Push-ups
