USA - No Driving Licence Required

We knew this would come, and it's a great decision....BUT learners should undertake proper learning, but the learning must be open and fair and not the money making scam we currently see in the UK and other countries. I think a basic driving course focused on safe driving should be a requirement with the expression that it is to avoid accidents, injuries, and death and the consequences of their actions. When the course is passed only then do they get to drive on their own. A Licence should never be required but I do think a proficiency course certificate be adequate.
