Rooted and Grounded in Christ - A Gospel Worth Thanking God For

Last week, we began our new sermon series Rooted and Grounded in Christ by exploring “A Greeting with Grace” from Colossians 1:1–2. Paul reminded us that before God ever tells us what to do, He tells us who we are—called, faithful, and covered by grace and peace.

This Sunday, we continue our journey with “A Gospel Worth Thanking God For” from Colossians 1:3–5. Paul’s heart of gratitude flows from seeing real fruit in the Colossian church—faith in Christ, love for others, and a hope anchored in heaven. These aren’t just church words—they are the foundation of a transformed life.
