There is a disconnect between who you are and who you want to be, if you are like most people. You have large tasks you should do and small ones you think you should complete.
From exercising frequently, eating well, learning a language, writing a book, reading more, or just engaging in your pastime rather than surfing the internet.
However, it may appear that you must change in order to reach your objectives. Someone with discipline, willpower, greater effort, and consistency. Perhaps you have made every effort to be that way. And it was successful! For a time. Until you discover that you are reverting to your previous behaviors. You always seem to fail in the end. Additionally, you grow increasingly irritated and dissatisfied with yourself with each failed attempt.
If you subscribe to the "success and hustle" theory of the internet, you are solely responsible for your failure; if you fail, it is because you did not want it enough. But in reality, transformation is difficult. But like most things in life, it is easier when you know why.
