Dumb, Lazy People Hide in Large Organizations

Big companies hide dumb people in their credentialed structures. And that's why they largely fail. It doesn't matter if it's the government or a corporation; the problem for them is all the same. It allows not very good people to appear better than they really are by the size and scale of the collective organization itself.
