Meet "No Identity" He is 66 and homeless but says he's not homeless because the streets are his home. He says he is out on these streets because of Law Enforcement. He says Law Enforcement stole all of his ID's, Birth Certificate and even stole his vehicle all of his Credit Cards and Debit Cards and emptied out his accounts.
