The Threat of Communism In a Post-AI, Post-Industrial, Post-Consumer Society

What happens in a Post-AI, Post-Industrial, Post-Consumer society? What value will people be able to provide, as AI inevitably grows in its capability to displace human labor. Part history, part sci-fi, we'll try and hypothesize about what the future may hold for us all. One primary focus is assessing the risk of communism: communism first came to the forefront after the Industrial Revolution. As the West continues down its path towards a de-industrial revolution, the first of its kind in history, we may now be more susceptible to communism than ever.
