My mother, as her dying wish, had asked me to teach my nephew a lot of common sense skills. His father passed away a few years ago and this is me keeping that promise to my mom and him. So, these are in no way professional and its just what Ive learned over many years being in construction as a welder and trim carpenter, all the way to project manager. Hope you enjoy.
