If they really care for the health of others , they should spend their time and energy campaigning against drug abuse and drug or human trafficking.

The full Act can be read below and it criminalizes anti-vaccination. The Director-General of Health can allow Law Enforcement to enter properties, arrest and detain anti-vaccinators.

In regards to the childhood schedule and a recent change that was made to Singapore’s Infectious Diseases Act, two childhood vaccinations are now legally mandatory and required for primary 1 enrolment at school:
✅ Measles (part of MMR)
✅ Diphtheria (part of DTaP)
The rest of the schedule: mumps, rubella, tetanus, pertussis, polio, etc. are strongly recommended but not legally required.
