Life Doesn’t Come Back – Cherish Every Moment

When I was a child, my grandmother used to hold my hand and walk me to school.
She didn’t have much, but she had the biggest heart.
Every time I cried, she’d wipe my tears and whisper:

“Beta, life is beautiful… it won’t come back… so smile always.”

At that time, I didn’t understand.

But one day, she got sick.
Her hands got weaker… her voice softer.
Yet she still smiled.

And before she closed her eyes for the last time…
She looked at me, held my hand, and said once more:

“Smile always…”

Now I tell my children the same.
Because her smile lives on through us.
