A potent line of thunderstorms is sweeping northeast across Western New York at 20 mph, delivering heavy rainfall and large hail. The severe thunderstorm warning has been lifted, but several storms remain mesocyclonic, with some cells evolving into high-precipitation (HP) supercells. These storms are producing quarter-sized hail, strong winds, and significant rotation, increasing the risk of localized damage.
