How do you know if you are on the right path—God’s path—for your life?

Proverbs 16:9 says, “A man’s heart plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps.”

We are naturally inclined to set goals based on our desires and understanding. But we also have a choice—do we align our goals and desires with His or our own?

When we see the Lord has ultimate authority and longs to guide us down a path that not only brings Him glory but also establishes and roots us in His love, our agenda changes from focusing on our own needs to His heart and others.
