Sherlock Holmes: The Secret of the Silver Earring marks the beginning of Dark Mage Watson’s schemes. It also hosts the most mind-twisting mystery of all the Frogwares Holmes games. It did make improvements over Mystery of the Mummy, but I now realize how innovative and intuitive later games truly are.
