Build Yourself With Discipline

If you can't say no to a donut, you will snap on your kids more often. Here's why and how to stop:

Replace donut with whatever your vice is. Alcohol, p***, sugar, fast food, distraction, vaping...etc

Guys in Men Of Fire always share they get more patient and present as they're bodies change and their self discipline grows. Why? Because snapping is a physical urge. It's not a reasoned, disciplined response. It's an out of control emotional reaction.

The same discipline it takes to say no the donut when you are stressed, tired, and desperately want relief is the same discipline it takes to control yourself in stressful moments at home. Cracks in discipline spread like a virus into every area of your life.

Your body goes, your mindset goes, willpower goes, personal standards slip, confidence, identity, and relationships all suffer when we stop holding ourselves to a high standard.

And nothing steals the presence and joy from a man more than knowing he is wasting away. It's all he thinks about.

Stop telling yourself "I've made it, I'll start tomorrow, I'm too old, "It's too late..." and start expecting more of yourself. Brick by brick rebuild your discipline by replacing your habits then let time do it's work.

Your level of self control and discipline is directly related to your level of patience.

Build yourself.
