What would be stocked, what would be expired, and what have you kept “just in case” but never really used?⁣

We all carry things, beliefs, habits, and emotional patterns.⁣
⁣
That once served a purpose. ⁣
Maybe they gave us a sense of control, safety, or belonging.⁣
⁣
But just like a pantry, if we never clear it out, we end up with shelves full of outdated things… and no room for what we actually need.⁣

💭 What have I been emotionally storing that’s long past its use-by date?⁣
💭 What do I keep reaching for out of habit, not nourishment?⁣

💭 Is there something I keep “in case”, a belief, a fear, a behaviour, that’s taking up precious space in my heart?⁣

Some items in your inner pantry were never even yours to begin with.⁣

Inherited fears. ⁣
Hand-me-down identities. ⁣
Passed-down beliefs that were never questioned.⁣
⁣
So today, imagine gently opening those shelves.⁣
⁣
Notice what’s dusty, forgotten, expired, and what still brings comfort, growth, and nourishment.⁣

You get to choose what stays. ⁣
You get to restock with intention.⁣
⁣
🌿 Make room for what feeds you now, not who you used to be.⁣
