I Blew My Mind With These American BBQ Pork Belly Ribs!

Hey BBQ fam! Mr H here from Mr H and Friends, and this time we took on something seriously special—American BBQ Pork Belly Ribs, smoked low and slow on our Texas-made Franklin BBQ Pit. 🇺🇸

Using a mustard binder, we layered on bold flavor with Meat Church Honey Bacon BBQ Rub, then smoked over oak wood to build that perfect bark and deep smoky flavor. But it doesn’t stop there—we finished these bad boys with our own homemade BAR-A-BBQ glaze that brought sweetness, spice, and a sticky finish that absolutely blew our minds.

As a British family falling more in love with American BBQ culture every day, this cook was a true experience. From the first bite, we were stunned—juicy, smoky, tender pork belly ribs that honestly tasted better than most restaurant ribs we’ve tried.
