Steve Scalise warns Obamacare only getting worse

"We've got to hold the House, but if we get more Senate seats, we gotta go back to health care," he said. "Obamacare's only getting worse. There is no private marketplace for families out there. Our bill that we almost passed ... let's come back and get that bill passed."
