Did a leaky toilet take down Air India flight 171?

Need to pee? Better hold it if you are flying on a 787. if you have to pee pee then pee in your carry on or poop in your briefcase. I really don't ever see me flying again. Between the plane quality issues, jabbed up pilots and all the fighting, I can't see it.
