Ingredients :

-Toriyan 1 kg (Sponge Gourd)
-Cooking oil 1/2 cup
-Pyaz Ka Paste 1/2 cup ( Onion paste)
-Adrak , Lehsun paste 2 tbsp ( Ginger , garlic Paste )
-Tamatar Ka paste 1 cup
-Dahi 1/2 cup ( Yogurt )
-Pani 1 cup ( Water )
-Namak 1 tsp ( Salt ) Or as per taste
-Haldi Powder 1/2 tsp ( Turmeric powder )
-Dhania Powder 1 tbsp ( Coriander Powder )
-Dhara Mirch 1 tsp ( Red Chili Flakes ) Or as per Taste
-Zreea Power 1/2 tsp ( Roasted Cumin Powder )
-Hari Mirch 3 -4 ( Green Chilies )
-Hara Dhania ( Fresh coriander )
-Adrak 1 inch ( Ginger Julienne Cut)

Direction For Cooking :

Take Sponge Gourd peel them and cut into pieces set aside.
-Take a wok add cooking oil add chopped Sponge Gourd and cook for 6 -8 mins on medium flame.
-Add onion paste and again cook for 4 mins more.
-Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a min then add tomato paste and cook until oil separates .
-Now add salt , red chili flakes , coriander powder , turmeric powder , cumin powder and cook for 2 mins.
-Add yogurt mix well and cook until oil separates then add water mix well cover and cook until all water dries on low flame .
-Add ginger julienne cut , green chilies sliced , fresh coriander chopped mix well cover and steam cook for 2 -3 mins on low flame.
-Serve with tandoori roti and salad and enjoy .
