Rise of Iron is out, and all the gear from vendors has been increased to 350! Here's why you should upgrade your ghost shell first.

If you don't have enough to buy a bunch of stuff because you haven't stockpiled legendaries to dismantle and don't have a ton of legendary marks, the ghost shell is your best upgrade as they are hard to come by in the game.

Also since blues are decrypting around 334 it's MUCH better to buy from the vendor than to chance it with an engram.
