My Daughter Wins The Air Force Pull-Up Competition

We went to the air show yesterday and now Lauren looks for these things haha.

She's been doing pull-ups every single day with me for over 200 days, got the record at the Pittsburgh bodybuilding show, and now loves the feeling of being strong, confident, and doing badass things.

That's the kind of girl I'm proud to have as a daughter. She does crossfit, Jiu jitsu, works out with me, but also ballet, sings, and is a very girly girl.

She loves nothing more than playing with dolls for hours but could also break your arm if she had to then knockout 12 Pull-Ups 💪

One of my recent reels that went viral was my son talking about how scary it is watching other kids on cell phones. A common comment was "he's just saying what his parents say"....Yes and proud of it.

Our kids model their parents. That's why my daughter can do 12 pull-ups, is an amazing singer, extremely confident, has lots of friends, and feels on fire.

She goes to CrossFit with her mom @thesararodack multiple times a week, goes to jiu jitsu with me and works out everyday, sees the way we interact with people and carry ourselves... Yes our kids are mirroring us.

That mirror says a lot about who we are, our strengths and our weaknesses.

We as parents need to live in a way we are proud of the reflection we see.
