After pleading guilty to a gross misdemeanor charge of nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images, Aaron will now face sentencing Wednesday, June 25th — and we’ll be live to break it all down Thursday morning!

Aaron, host of the Steel Toe Morning Show, has spent the past few months acting like a $50 fine closed the case — but that’s far from reality. Despite his plea deal, he’s kept referencing the victim (sometimes not so subtly), pushing legal boundaries, and seemingly forgetting that his behavior is still under state surveillance during the presentencing investigation.

But here's what makes this day different — and serious: Aaron will have to answer for whatever violations the presentencing officer has found, and the victim in this case, Kayla Rekieta will be reading her victim impact statement live in court.
